My whole life I've been confused about being......
No More!
I am a gourmand in life. Everything interests me. I relish puzzles and patterns. I dwell in
possibility. I see what can be better. I really enjoy life and its twists and turns. Having fun is
my priority. I Cut A Wide Swath. I am Unforgettable.
Here's what I do: I help people forgive, understand and connect better with the ones they
love. I help people overcome fears and move through sadness. I help mothers learn to
breastfeed. I teach people how to ski. I love to be outdoors hiking, riding my bike, being with
my kids, swimming in the ocean, skating, running, playing on sand dunes, making love under
the stars ("I didn't need to know that, Mom!") and taking road trips. I fall in love, easily and
deeply. I play a key role in people's lives for a period of time. I write. I make neon signs.
Here's what I am not: I am not perfect. I tend to put the stove on high and walk away. I'm
not a model or young anymore. I am not a Reiki master, clairvoyant, shaman or witch. I am
not a doctor nor do I play one on a daytime TV show. I am not a psychologist or social worker.
I'm not a very patient mom.
My Professional Qualifications: (As much as I love to learn, I prefer studying people, not
books) I am a Certified Practitioner of Resonance Repatterning (2009) and I have been in
practice for 5 years. I am a Communication Skills Instructor (2005), and a La Leche League
Leader (1998). I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Alfred University (1984). I have been
studying Human Relations since the 1980's with Dale Carnegie, Tony Robbins, La Leche
League and others.
I have a PhDonna in Love and Relationships, That's a "Donna of Philosophy". I know
about Love: Where to get it, how to live with it, or without it and most of all: how to use its
tremendous power to change your life. I am divorced (more or less friendly) and I am in my
third long-term relationship with my second soul mate. I mother three exhuberant teens,
including twins. We love each other very much (most of the time)
Whether we are talking about your physical, spiritual, mental or emotional
adventures, I'm a great companion. I take care of myself, stay friendly, read the
map and keep you on track.
