Do you work with clients who are:
- Tired but can't fall asleep?
- Always in a state of panic or worry?
- Mothers with high need babies?
- Unable to find comfort or ease?
- Feel like they're doing it alone?
Your clients are educated...They research all the options and use therapy,
yoga, classes, medications, meditation, dietary changes, support groups,
supplements, herbs, teas, tinctures, homeopathics, essential oils and more.
In spite of doing all that, they are unable to find ease... because
none of these approaches address the underlying yin/yang imbalance. When
there is too little yin, mothers have trouble trusting their instincts and
hearing their inner voice. Without being firmly rooted in yin, they can not
feel calm, peaceful, confident and loving.
What you really need to do is "not do"..."Being" helps mothers in the
prenatal and early months. Your presence helps the new mother to settle
down. She seeks the pool that reflects her power...the cocoon of security and
contentment...the strongly rooted tree she can lean on...the wisdom and
knowing that comes only with a deep quiet. When you find your yin essence,
you attract and hold space where new mothers can find ease.
Johanna and Donna work with new mothers in their practices. They share
a heart-centered philosophy that emphasizes being rather than doing. This
workshop will introduce the possibility of surrender and allowing as strengths
in the unfolding of a new mother's journey. The workshop is centered on
bringing practitioners back into yin/yang balance with body-centered
energetic modalities. Participants will gain awareness of the balancing points
and learn ways to balance themselves and find yin in their clients.
